My career path led me to Zingerman’s, where I immersed myself in the art of breadmaking and the intricacies of catering, refining my skills and expanding my culinary repertoire. It was there that I discovered my knack for creating unforgettable dining experiences, setting the stage for what was to come.

A pivotal moment arrived when I crossed paths with Chef Ava at Of Rice and Man, where I delved into the world of sushi. Under her guidance, I honed my craft, mastering the delicate balance of flavors and presentation that sushi demands.

But the urge to carve my own path grew stronger, and thus, Blue Lemon Thai was born. With a vision to showcase the vibrant flavors of Thailand through pop-up catering and personal chef services, I embarked on a journey to share my culinary heritage with the world.
